HAPPY FOURTH!!!!!!!
So this is not a complaint, but things have been soooo insane lately, I must apologize to everyone, especially those I haven’t called in a while. I am truly sorry! SO…. Let me attempt to recap the events of the last couple of weeks!
June 30th- Got together with some old High School Friends at Chumley’s, Nicole Jurries & Rachel Goff. Also Julie came to town and there were about 12 of us all together. It was a lot of fun and of course we were all extremely loud!! And this was my first time out since…. um… September??
July 1st Headed back to Chicago with Jewels to see Wicked. It was fabulous and a lot of fun. I highly recommend the book as well as the musical if you get the chance!!!!!
July 2nd & 3rd – I went to Houston where everything is still looking really good. In fact, my DR. is saying that if things continue down this road I may not have to do ANY treatments after this medical trial!! I am not counting on it, but it is very exciting if it happens.
July 4th- Rented a boat on Lake Shafer for the day. There were six of us & we had a lot of fun!! Plus, we watched the fireworks from the boat witch were totally awesome! They have a great show so again I give it 2 thumbs up!
July 6th- Bridget came down! It was so great to see her before she moves!!!!!
Whew, I am exhausted just typing it all!!! AND… I leave tomorrow for Washington DC & Virginia. We are going to see my brother, and the Montgomery’s. I will be gone for another week but I think after that, things MAY calm down a little.

I LOVED the book, Wicked! I wanted to see the musical, and Marcus and I tried to get tickets last May in Chicago, but they were sold out the week we were there. I had no idea that it was still playing! I guess it's time to bug Marcus again!! :)
